Wheldrake Pine & Cane is a family run business. It was formed and is still owned and run by the Vass family and has been trading for over thirty years.

We have our own factory situated in Wheldrake near York. This incorporates a large workshop and showroom. In the workshop we manufacture, assemble and repair furniture. The showroom houses a wide display of the product ranges we carry and examples of bespoke items we can create.

As well as manufacturing our own furniture we also stock carefully selected lines from other manufacturers. These all have to pass our stringent quality control criteria.

We believe we offer the best quality furniture at excellent prices. All furniture we supply is of the highest standard. It is produced from high quality timber and manufactured to a very high standard. Beware of products that seem too cheap. They are usually made from poor quality timber and are poorly constructed.

We are proud to say that we are one of the largest independent Pine and Cane furniture suppliers in the U.K. Supplying both retail and to contract. This is also applicable to the Oak furniture we sell.
